$190 for 50 min session
$285 for 80 min session

Payment collected at the time of service. Cash, check, or credit card electronically.

IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL THERAPY

Work with us virtually or in-person at our office in Steamboat Springs, CO

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. If a session is cancelled outside of this window, the full fee will be collected.

INSURANCE

We are out-of-network providers and do not directly bill insurance for services at this time. Using insurance benefits can often disrupt your autonomy over the therapeutic process and my ability to keep our work entirely confidential. Insurance companies require official mental health diagnoses and often dictate the types of therapy provided and how long we’re able to work together. Because this structure doesn’t align with our values or the quality of service we believe you deserve, we have chosen to not panel as an in-network provider at this time.

We’re able to provide you with a super bill as an out-of-network provider that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Depending on your coverage and need, this may be a sustainable option.
